Kylie's Bio

Kylie moved from Dallas to Fort Hood, Texas in 2016 with her small family; Chase, her husband who is an EOD technician in the Army, and their 2 dogs, Reese and Willow. Together, Kylie and Chase spend their weekends fishing our local lakes or hunting with their bird dogs; while Kylie’s hobbies include doing DIY projects and spending time outdoors.


Kylie has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Texas A&M University (Gig Em!). After working in Real Estate Marketing, Kylie quickly realized her passion for the industry and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Kylie is always available to her clients and loves helping them see the beauty in all that Central Texas has to offer. She strives to make the home buying experience an easy and fun process, whether you’re a first time buyer or purchasing your forever home.

Chris Bio

Chris Cauda was born in NJ and has lived in Rhode Island, Virginia, Florida and Texas. He attended Providence College in Rhode Island. He comes from a role as a business consultant and brings sales, teaching, advising and passion to bear when working with his real estate clients.


Chris served over 6 years in the Army and has learned skills in leadership, logistics, negotiation, organization and understanding unique to the armed forces, and brings them to bear in his Real Estate career to serve buyers and sellers.


Chris entered the Real Estate world in order to build his own business and expand people’s knowledge of real estate opportunities available in order to help them reach their own goals and hasn’t looked back.


Chris Cauda is married and lives on a small farm in Red Oak with his dogs. He spends his free time outdoors working on the farm, learning about homesteading, fishing, hiking and kayaking.
